You can not download, but may be recorded. I use Camtasia Studio to PowerPoint, to capture anything on the screen. Useful for creating tutorials for computer less Savy, and monitoring of areas on the screen in an AVI file such as YouTube.

Simply follow the following steps:
1. Download videos from YouTube quickly and easily with "ZillaTube.
2. Convert to AVI.
3. Then you import it into Windows Movie Maker to edit.
